Our techs will hop on the phone with you and figure out your issue. Sometimes the issue is a little more complicated and hardware may need to be replaced. We cannot guarantee 100% fixes on all machines virtually. What we will do is try our best to figure out the issue, resolve it, or point you in the right direction as to what the problem could be. The price starts at 59.99 for the initial first hour but if it takes more than 1 hour there will be an additional $25.99 for each additional hour it takes.
